Most team building is built for conference rooms. We started on the water, where synchrony cannot be faked and misalignment has immediate costs.

Dragon boat sport reveals what drives performance: communication under pressure, trust in structure, and pace control. These are the same factors that shape teams in boardrooms, sales floors, and project teams.
